The FIVNAT National Register

Likewise to other countries, a national register accounts for the number of in vitro fertilizations and their results, undergone in Switzerland.  This register,  FIVNAT-CH records the information of the global IVF Centres in Switzerland. FIVNAT-CH organizes audits with the assistance of foreign experts.

Accreditation procedure

The UMR-CHUV team have succeeded in the accreditation of the FIV laboratory (norm EN ISO/IEC 17025) with the Service d'Accréditation Suisse (SAS) in November 2001.

Certification Procedure

In addition, UMR-CHUV have passed successfully the certification procedure (norm ISO 9001:2000) of the Swiss Association for Quality Systems and Management (SQS) in October 2003.
