Infectigen brings together members of the scientific community of the Lemanic region with an interest on host and pathogen genetics and genomics. Infectigen receives funding from the Leenaards Foundation and the Jeantet Foundation.

2010 Concourse for Fellowships in Bioinformatics, Infectious Diseases and Microbiology:
- Infectigen offers a 2-3 training positions/year at postdoctoral level. The fellow will have direct supervision from a member of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics. The fellowship also includes complementary funding for mobility/workshops. Open to EPFL/UNIL/CHUV/UNIGE/HCUG graduates that have a PhD degree or MD/MD-PhD degree.
