Fabienne Coquillat

Fabienne Coquillat qualified as a midwife in 1985. She practised her profession for three years in Africa, then worked as an independent midwife in the cantons of Vaud and Neuchâtel until 2005.

In 2006, she obtained an HES postgraduate certificate in Guidance and education relating to sexuality, emotional life and reproduction.

Throughout her career, she has trained in the field of sexual health as well as in the field of maternity-paternity. In particular, in 2005-2006, she obtained a certificate in neurolinguistic programming (NLP). In 2015, she undertook training with Iv Psalti in positive psycho-sexology.

Since 2006, she has worked as a sexual health counsellor at the CHUV Maternity Unit. Until 2010, she worked in parallel with the Reproductive Medicine Unit.

In the Fertility Medicine and Gynaecological Endocrinology unit

Fabienne Coquillat joined the unit's team in January 2018. She offers couples psychological support, known as a "resources assessment". Thanks to her vast experience, she offers appropriate support to each couple or patient undertaking an MAR procedure or other medical care (for endometriosis, miscarriages, early menopause, etc.).
