Requests for Medical Advice and Confidential Information

For confidentiality and to ensure the quality of your care, we are unable to respond by email to requests for medical advice. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not send such requests, or any request containing confidential information, via the contact form.

We recommend that you consult your primary care physician. If you do not have one and you live in the canton of Vaud, the on-call doctors’ hotline can assess your situation at 0848 133 133.

In case of a life-threatening emergency requiring an ambulance, dial 144 for immediate assistance.

For any other situation, you can be directed by our telephone switchboard at +41 (0)21 314 11 11.
