How to contact us?
You can contact the Leenaards Memory Centre - CHUV (CLM) if you observe, on a patient, symptoms related to cognitive function or behavior, particularly if those difficulties entail a reduction of autonomy without any obvious cause. The CLM comes in second line and provides its services according to your request.
If you are a healthcare professional working in the field of home care, temporary care centers, for the Alzheimer's Association or any other organization, and you identify symptoms suggestive of the Alzheimer's disease or a related disease, we advise you to contact the general practitioner of the person concerned.
Additional tests grouped on one day are organized in a clinical investigation sector.
