Doctoral Program in Microbial Sciences
The Institute of Microbiology participates in courses and activities of the Doctoral Program in Microbial Sciences of the Doctoral School of Life Sciences of the Faculty of Biology and Medicine (FBM) of the University of Lausanne (UNIL).
The Doctoral Program in Microbial Sciences offers training in fundamental and applied microbial sciences addressing the specific needs and interests of students at the doctoral level.
The program is part of the Inter-University Doctoral Program in Microbial Sciences of the Conférence universitaire de Suisse occidentale (CUSO) and includes the Universities of Geneva, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, and Bern, as well as the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).

- With the agreement of the thesis director, contact Dr. Sylvia Rothenberger to officially register in the program.
Note that the official enrolment in the thematic program is only possible during the admission process at UNIL.
