The EDM service utilizes both translational and basic research programs investigating endocrine and metabolic disorders. Our accomplished investigators interests span the fields of human genetics, diabetes, lipids, metabolism, nutrition and reproduction.

Ongoing interdisciplinary studies aim to elucidate disease mechanisms and increase understanding of the impact of disease on patients and families with the goal of developing new diagnostic tools, therapeutic interventions, and counseling strategies for patients with hormonal and metabolic disorders.
