Preservation of fertility for social purposes

Preservation of fertility for social purposes, or social freezing,is a type of care reserved for women who wish to defer motherhood without this compromising their chances of success because of age.

Their egg cells are collected and then frozen. They may then be used only for later medically assisted reproduction treatments.
