Dr. Errikos Maslias completed his medical degree (MD) in the Free University of Brussels (ULB) and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) in 2019. The same year, he started working as a resident in the Neurology Service at Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV), where he gained expertise in the field of stroke, movement disorders and acute neurorehabilitation. He was then promoted to “Chef de Clinique Adjoint” in the Acute Neurorehabilitation Unit of CHUV where he has been active in clinical and research work in the field of intensification of acute neurorehabilitation, and disorders of consciousness in patients with brain injury. He pursued his academic carrier and joined the NeuroDigital@NeuroTech group (DNC – CHUV) in 2023 as a clinical study investigator. His current research domain includes the use of digital health technologies in epilepsy to develop seizures detection algorithms.
